Default Flying a drone in Thailand

Has anyone on here taken all the necessary procedures that is required to fly a drone in Thailand?

Like you have to register with the Civil Aviation of Thailand
Prove you not committed any offenses in Thailand
And to show you have insurance on your drone upto 1 million baht i think.

If you fail on any of these, You can have your drone confiscated.

I have searched the internet and asked in drone groups on facebook, But nobody really gives you the correct answer.
Sure the thai police dont know at this time, but if they did they would make a example out of you.

Probably not going back to Thailand for another 8 months yet, So want to be covered on everything.
    Look forward to any replies

You can understand the need for strict regulation when you see footage like this.

Maybe fake but its a matter of time before one of these things brings down an airliner. Although I don't doubt that most people use them responsibly, there will always be some that don't and the consequences in this case, don't bear thinking about. I'd ban them outright.
