Yes, we are. Been like it since Thursday. We've let them know there's a problem via email, but no reply as of yet.

yes we've got this problem too, use it on a Roku device at home and the "live tv" feed just isn't there any more. if I select it from their website it just says "service unavailable"
tried calling their UK number 02921256399 and get a message saying "the other person has hung up"
called the US number and it just rings: no answer
left a message on their website: no response
    tweeted them @thaiflix: no response
    it's not looking good :-(

Just signed up to a free 30 day trail from Marimar TV via Roku box as a stop gap measure

We use a Thai tv addon for Kodi - there's about 30 channels of live tv and all work perfectly.

We have Kodi on our Amazon Fire Stick but I wouldn’t have a clue how to set up Thai TV through it

    Hi dmf963

From kodi home screen click <settings> then click <system settings> then go to Add-ons and turn on 'unknown sources'.

then follow the instructions from here:
    hope this works

It is the same here, and if you google it, the rumours are that they are shutting down and opening a new site here:

    http://www.thaichannel.tv/home

Some of us recall they have done that before.

Not sure if it is true or not, but you can get all the same content here apparently with a web only subscription

    https://www.malimar.tv/

Open a live chat and they'll give you a two week free trial. Started mine yesterday, will see how my wife likes it.
