    Thanks for sharing this holty.

A few observations. The guy is no Alan Whicker, that's obvious. He joins a few others that post this sort of stuff on YouTube. I'm not going to dispute the 3000 baht fine. But do you honestly believe the police are going to enforce this? How many Thai's can afford a 1000 baht fine, let alone 3000. They have tried many things with the baht bus drivers. They tried to stop them going along Soi Buakhao, but they took no notice. They have put up designated signs for the baht but to stop. Completely ignored, they stop anywhere they want. I use that particular route at least three times a week back to Jomtien. As the Jim Bowen look-a-like mentions the buses wont go until the back is full, this includes customers hanging on the back.
This guy is just commenting on stuff he reads in the online paper Pattaya One.

Yeah i know what you mean caller, Got me how he thought he had a bargain with that poor portion of fish and chips.
Most of his videos he can reduce by 98%, Hes only trying to help some of us i guess.
Few of them who do blogs pretty frequent from Thailand.
Sammy i cant see the Thai police enforcing fines on the Thais, maybe just the tourists

Most baht buses in Pattaya are empty these days so shouldnt be an issue perhaps the white ones on sukhumvit are the exception.

Funny that videos have been mentioned. That Geoff Carter surprise surprise has added a paypal link to his youtube channel looking for donations. He always said No that will never happen lol the naivety amongst the masses that follow is endless
As regards 3000 fines cant for one moment seeing it being enforced you'd have to have signs emblazoned all over the baht bus to notify everyone
