Mine seems ok.
Have had problems in the past and because it is out of warranty they wanted 65 quid to come and look at it. Being out of warranty though meant that I was also out of the obligatory 12 month contract.
That being the case I have on two occassions told them to cancel the subscription as I am not prepared to pay to fix the problem. On both occassions they sent an engineer to fix the problem within 2 days free of charge - rather than loose a customer.
