Hi

Cambridge KET tests are valid forever. See here:

https://support.cambridgeenglish.org/hc/en-gb/articles/202838296-How-long-are-my-results-and-certificate-valid-for-

and see here (page 2):

https://www.gov.uk/government/uploads/system/uploads/attachment_data/file/349051/Approved_secure_English_language_tests.pdf

which states that for UKVI purposes, under the Test validity column, the Cambridge KET has: "No expiry".

Vantage Siam are also using this as an advantage of the KET test:

http://www.vantage-siam.com/cambridge.php?PageShow=3

"

No Expiry Date: KET results are good for life."

Regarding TB tests, the certificate is valid for 6 months from the date of the test. Here's the source:

https://www.gov.uk/tb-test-visa/overview

According to Part 1. Overview:

QUOTE

"If your test shows that you don’t have TB, you’ll be given a certificate which is valid for 6 months. Include this certificate with your UK visa application. "
