Hello,
There is an open thread stating that that there is an opportunist day at the Thai temple in Handsworth Wood Birmingham on 31st October from 10am. My wifes passport expires on 03rd April 2010.

Gary,
The Thai embassy London are providing an opportunist day at the Thai temple in Handsworth Wood Birmingham on 31st October from 10am. We are renewing both our children's Thai passports. It opens at 10am. Download a passport renewal form from the embassy website which must be filled in in Thai and take 2 photos.
The address is 107 Hansworth Wood road, B20 2PH tel 0121 551 5729

Steve

Question 1: Will a renewal be allowed looking at the time scale?

I have contacted the Thai Temple on the quoted number but have been given conflicting information than is posted on the Royal Thai Embassy website. The person I spoke to at the Temple insisted I must have the House Registration when applying.

3. Required documents

3.1 The applicant who over 20 years old

1. Current passport
2. Thai House Registration or Thai Identity Card bearing 13-digit numbers with one photocopy

Question 2: My wife has her current passport and I.D card. Is there any other documentation that will be required to renew her passport?

Thanks in anticipation
