Well done to her..My wife passed last week in Sheffield after many weeks of revising..I think the B1 exam should be taken first by any spouse applying for ILR because the language in the LITUK tests...
My wife has the option of applying for ILR from Feb 10th 2020..(4 and 11 months after her UK arrival date ) until her BRP card expires on 30th April ..
But my question is do Visa prices rise...

On the LITUK Gov.uk website it states that proof of the candidate's postcode must be provided by the candidate which must not be older than 3 months before the date of the test. Can anyone tell me...

This test seems to be much harder than the B1 test...
There is a Thai / English language LITUK book that you might find on Amazon or Ebay..Helps a little..The language used in the LITUK book is very difficult ..far harder than the standard required for...
I may be wrong but I don't think the ones from 2014 will be much different from later guidance..The only things that do change regularly are the B1 test providers but that should not be a problem...
I dearly hope that when I apply for ILR in April 2020 for my wife someone can tell me in simple terms how to do it..(although the link to White Rose visas gave a reasonable guide on how to do it..)

As she earns a different amount each month and she has only been in the job 7 months I would go with the p60 amount..It is not a secure job like a teacher who can generally state what they will earn...
Anything with DEET in the ingredients is great for mosquitos..You can buy it cheaply in Wilkos before you go..
If she has a P60 for the last tax year ending April 6th this year then the amount shown is her annual income..It may also show tax paid ..if any ..
