Yes, he was certainly a chap who created a lot of fun and entertainment.

"American comic book writer Stan Lee was the human behind the superheroes.

Many marvel at the man who gave his characters extraordinary powers and everyday headaches - a formula which revolutionised comics."

"Comic book legend Stan Lee was working on a new superhero with his daughter before his death, she has revealed.

Speaking to TMZ, JC Lee described the character - Dirt Man - as "the last little angel we've got tucked away"."

Paddy Ashdown deserves a mention. Perhaps the only politician I actually liked and trusted.

Suspect they won't be showing it as a tribute on BBC even though its in the top 10 favourite BBC sit coms.

I knew him from the film Excalibur before I saw him in the sitcom, an old British actor. Rest in peace.

Clive Swift's older brother David Swift died a couple of years ago, another fine actor. Best known for playing Henry Davenport in Drop The Dead Donkey in the 1990s.

Henry Davenport was a great character. DTDD was one of my favourite programmes back in the 90s.

I guess now that it has been confirmed it is appropriate to list Cardiff City's Emiliano Sala in the obituaries.
Very sad case with, I am sure, many questions left unanswered
May his family now find comfort and peace
