http://www.dootv.tv/ is our choice. Either on a laptop or TV via HDMI cable. £21 for 90 days. Satellite is a waste of time.
Hi guys just wanted to know if there is some way my wife can watch thai tv while here in the UK? Se has already exhausted YouTube!
she said previously in Korea she downloaded it but doesn't remember how to do it.
any help appreciated thanks
There various satellite options and internet. Try Aseaniptv.com/thaitv
Try these on the internet. Some are free, some have a small monthly fee:
There's also a satellite station which has one channel showing a selection from the Thai TV channels but I can't remember what it's called or what satellite it comes from. Somebody else will no doubt come on here to tell you.
Don,t get an Ipad Wayne, I,ve lost mine to bloomin thai dramas!
Youtube has fresh content every day of the week. All I can say is your wife watches waaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaayyyyyy too much telly.
If you're offended by any assistance I give, it says far more about you than it does me.
Thank you for all your replies. Il check them out this weekend so she isn't bored at my parents house next week while I'm working.

Stevie57 I just purchased the roku player how do I watch thai tv on my television with the roku player. I have set it up but you can't search for do tv with the player???
The satellite TV station is TGN it's free to air and shows (mostly) TV5 programmes plus a few purpose made programmes. You need a dish pointing to the Hotbird satellite.
all sorted now guys thanks for the help. the roku player is quite a good bit of kit. however i had to sign up for dootv twice which annoyed me a bit!
Never heard of a roku player until today. Can you only get Doo tv or are the Thai channels 3, 5 7, etc also available this way?
Buy cheap, pay twice.
OK now I understand. So if you have a smart TV with internet connection you don't need a Roku player. Our current TV is on it's last legs so I'm just trying to work out the options.
Wayne sorry only just seen your reply, I thought I would keep my laptop to myself, but forgot about stepson and Siyaphas many many friends on facebook 55555555 along with trips out etc, glad your sorted and yes I was abit peeved at having to subscribe twice too. still they're happy enough with the choice on doo tv both live and recorded programs
I have a roku box for sale if anyone's interested...
