http://www.dootv.tv/ is our choice. Either on a laptop or TV via HDMI cable. £21 for 90 days. Satellite is a waste of time.

Try these on the internet. Some are free, some have a small monthly fee:

    http://aseaniptv.com/thaitv

    http://www.thaitvnow.com/

    http://tvthaionline.net/tvthai.php?view=tv/ch3.html

    http://www.doolakorntv.com/

    http://thailakorntv.com/

    http://www.bbtvthai.com/index.php

    http://www.dekclip.com/

    http://tv.ohozaa.com/live/siamsport/

There's also a satellite station which has one channel showing a selection from the Thai TV channels but I can't remember what it's called or what satellite it comes from. Somebody else will no doubt come on here to tell you.

We've been using http://www.mydootv.com/ for about 1.5 years now. All the lakhorn, movies, music, sitcoms, news etc etc etc you could ever want for £21 for 90 day subscription

Youtube has fresh content every day of the week. All I can say is your wife watches waaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaayyyyyy too much telly.
If you're offended by any assistance I give, it says far more about you than it does me.

The satellite TV station is TGN it's free to air and shows (mostly) TV5 programmes plus a few purpose made programmes. You need a dish pointing to the Hotbird satellite.

Never heard of a roku player until today. Can you only get Doo tv or are the Thai channels 3, 5 7, etc also available this way?

OK now I understand. So if you have a smart TV with internet connection you don't need a Roku player. Our current TV is on it's last legs so I'm just trying to work out the options.

Don't think it works like that. Most web sites that stream video need Flash Player to be installed but a smart TV has no storage facilities to download programs so unless it's preloaded into your smart TV the streaming won't play.
