    Default Thai food wholesale supplier

Does anyone know of a wholesale supplier (not Win Yip, of which I am aware)? Vegetables in particular. Someone who will deliver or who is not too far from Luton.

    Thank you.

Hi Al, I assume this is for a restaurant business.

There are a few exporters/importers in Thailand who supply the well known wholesalers. You can pre order from these on a weekly basis but your requirements might be too small if a restaurant.
Judging others before you have met isn't a wise option.

    Thanks.

A friend is buying a restaurant. She already supplies other Thais with Thai stuff.

Apparently, some vegetables can be hard to find.

    Thank you.

    Hi,

Just found this forum, happy :-)

Not sure that they can help for food but when I need items for my shop and I cannot go to Thailand I just use Bangkok Personal Shopper service.

Cheap and reliable but not sure they can supply food also ???

    Cheers.

In Swansea, a number of the indian supmatkets cater for thai customers, stocking sauces, vegetblescand eveb frozen fish. You could try talking to one of them locally. I know some of them buy from global foods in cardiff. Vthere is syre to be something locl to you.
