    Default visa on hold

    hi guys our settlement visa was on hold due to £18600 rule but we have had a e mail today saying the visa has been processed and passport and docs will be sent back to my wife house but my hours have changed at work and my money has went down will the agency know this that's why they have declined it and sent it back also or have the rules changed on the £18600 in the mean time while it has been hold me and my wife have split up so I just know what to think many thanks

    If your visa was on hold pending the £18,600 financial requirement them the visa will almost certainly have been refused.

    You wont know until she gets the passport and Docs back. No way to check.

    As the government won the appeal, the application will have been refused because the financial requirement was not met.
