Hilarious.....I've only ever sent 1 "parcel" type thing and they screwed that right up. I sent a motorbike from Sri Racha to Kalasin and it arrived battered to shreds. I paid the extra fee to put protective packaging around it as it was made crystal clear that if I didn't give them the cash it was likely to get damaged and putting my own packaging around it wasn't allowed. The protective packaging turned out to be a few pieces of cardboad over the mirrors and brakes, well worth the 500 baht, and yet it arrived with scratches all over. When we pointed this out in Kalasin they of course blamed us and took no responsibility. Fortunately the metal foot rests and brake levers had nice fresh drop marks with fresh trails of metalic dust to fit so we managed to get them to stump up for repairs.
Still, I better keep quiet in case I violate the law in regards to computer crimes or damage the fine reputation of the service.
It was dropped and obviously rammed in to closely to whatever was in cargo. These things happen but just take reponsibility for it and own up.
If you think things are bad in LOS here is a reminder of the bright new world here in the UK.
