Phone Royal Mail and ask! You have the tracking number.

Don't panic, you were just out of the house when they tried to deliver. I'm guessing the card they left has vanished somewhere.

Go to your local post office (the one that shares the same post code letters and number with your house) and take along some proof of name and address and they will release it to you.

Doesn't look like Royal Mail, maybe another courier (DHL etc...)

If the Thai tracking number is something like AA123456789TH then it will be normal Thai postal service , in other words it should be at you local Royal mail sorting office. Thailand uses the same tracking codes as the UK so you could try typing the code into the UK postal tracking and it might show up where it is.

Today I tracked and picked up my parcel at Parcelforce depot. Many thanks for all assistance.
