Default Live music venues in Pattaya

    Hi everyone.

Bit of a long shot but does anyone know of any bars in Pattaya that would allow me to sing?

Basically although no Michael Buble I do croon a bit and wanted to sing a couple of numbers to my wife as a Christmas surprise over the Christmas/New year period. She has said she would like me to sing to her hence the idea. She may have been joking of course ha ha ha.

Anyway if you know of any or run a bar yourself that would accommodate this request then please let me know.

I will be in Pattaya between 23rd Dec and 11th Jan.

    Many thanks,

    Colin :-)

    Dear Colin,

On behalf of the mods this is now a "sticky" till 23rd December .......on condition that the mobile phone footage of a singing Colin is after the event posted.\

Whats it to be ? Nesun Dorma? Lady in Red, whats the one they sang in top gun ? .......

    Way to go Colin .

Romancing our wives is to be encouraged .

Why not really surprise her, learn a Thai love song. I'm sure you won't have a problem finding a karaoke place

A number of songs she likes: All of me by John Legend, Love Somebody, How long will I love you? are in hot contention.

    :-)

If goes well happy to post on here. :-)

    Cheers, Colin

    Hi Toddmeister,

Not a bad idea but I don't have long really to practice ) I take long enough to learn a song in English. Maybe one for the future though so thanks for the suggestion. :-)

There is a little bar on "Night Out Alley" between soi 7 and Central Pattaya Rd, not sure what its called but it is opposite Mr Armani tailors.
They have had the same resident Thai band ever since I first visited many years ago and quite often "allow" the odd farang to have a bit chant. I am sure they would be willing.
Often thought of getting up myself and doing a bit Som Sarn but it's amazing how you suddenly haven't got a clue what the words are when there is no Karaoki screen !!

I've got up and sang at The Blues Factory, but that was quite a long time ago, so not sure if they still do that.
