Default Review of Kiln restaurant London W1

By Fay Maschler in the evening standard .

5* which is unusual for her.

A lot of north east Thai dishes apparently and a self trained chef.

Interestingly he tries to source his fresh Thai ingredients in the U.K. Meat and fish are also U.K sourced .

Cod is imported into Thailand and used in fish shops in Bkk. Salmon is imported, cheese is imported, lots of stuff is imported and available, why the surprise?
