    Book FLR ( M) Questions

    Hi,
Could I have help on the following.
    Section 4 Dependant children.

As well as children who are applying with you, you should also include details of any dependent
children not applying with you, including those who are British citizens or settled
    in the UK.
4.1 Do you and your sponsor have any children together?
    Yes

4.2 Do you have any children whose parent is not your sponsor?
    No

Would these be the right answers if I have adopted my step daughter, and who is now a British Citizen.

If we use a premium centre for the visa, does my dependant daughter who is a British Citizen need to attend, as below.
    Visa premium service centres

    Who should come with you

Any dependants named on your application must come with you to your appointment.

stupid question this is i set back my wifes settlement visa for 12 months until i finished paying CSA ,
It doesnt matter but they want to know ?
It doesnt make sense you earn £19,000 a year have 3 kids with ex wife paying say £300 a month towards there cost =£3600 thus putting your earnings down to £15,400 to support you and your wife dosent make sense but this is ok apparently .

i think the question is who are financially dependent on you which under uk law is complex up to the age of 21 if working or at college, uni ,like i said i dont think they take this into account but do ask seems a bit strange to me giving the scruples i have provided i would answer them the best and most truthful to you, there are no trick questions ,i would say reading the rules what you have posted then the answer is yes ,maybe dont use the prem service
