We are talking Thailand Ash how low can you go. The licence is valid until age 70, states quite clearly on it. I'm not worried I will just leave the address I have on it as I'm not driving so I cannot get a parking or speeding ticket unless I rent a car on my next visit which is very hard as I don't have a credit card any more. It was the fact they tell you, you can't do this or that and you end up with no real alternative but to break the law or perhaps you only break the law if you actually drive.

No credit card required at Enterprise (unless its a premium model) - only a debit card.
