    Default ILR (M) Guidance ..

I understand that to apply for ILR for a spouse the application form is now filled in online..What I would like to find is the guidance for ILR...I have looked on the Gov.UK website and it just sends me around in circles from one page to another but with no guidance. With FLR(M) there was a booklet you could download telling you what you needed ie..bank statements,5 letters addressed jointly to both parties spread over 30 months..etc..
Can someone please give me a web address for guidance for ILR (M)?

    Thanks..

When you get to the end of the online application it comes up with a check list of what you need to provide. Good luck with the application

    Hi tudorowen1

As you say, ILR applications are now online.

The paper application form (SET(M) 07/2018) helpfully lists the documents and evidence to be submitted - see Section 12 - Documents (pages 50-51). These are the same items needed when you apply online and which are now uploaded under the new system either by you or at the new UKVCAS centres. The now obsolete guidance notes (SET(M) Guidance Notes 08/2017) are short on detail regarding the documents needed.
