Default City and Guild Entry level 3

Hello folks, my wife passed City & Guilds ESOL Skills for Life Entry Level 3 a few years ago. Can this be used instead of the B1 for ILR application?

    Thanks

No, your wife can't use her C&G qualification for her ILR application as it is not recognised as a secure English language test (SELT) by the Home Office/UKVI.

Here's the most up-to-date listing of UKVI approved SELTs (March 2019).

Your wife could take the Trinity GESE B1 SELT at any of its 10 SELT centres in the UK. Assuming that you're living in Northern Ireland, there's a Trinity SELT centre in Belfast.
