Default Decision made - documents not [yet] returned

My wife's spouse visa is ready to be collected but the supporting documents have still not been returned. Is this usual procedure?

Yep.... concerned about the english test certificate, TB certificate and original marriage certificates... even more so if it's a no and have to re-apply

Thank's Carl, I was hoping to get her TB certificate back before I collect her next week. Luckily we have a photo of it

Please who else got this “We are continuing to work on the application and will make a decision as soon as we are able to. We cannot give a timescale for when a decision will be made. I have referred this to the appropriate Entry Clearance team so that it can be progressed as quickly as possible.

Once we have concluded your application we will be in contact. ”

I’m actually confused because I called the UKVI and I was told a decision has been made but now this mail is saying something else
