    Default Flr self employed.

    Hi all
my wife's friend and her husband are in the process of applying for FLR. The husband works as full time is sponsoring this application as his salary more than covers the 18600 needed. His wife is currently not working.

His wife has registered back in July as a small business self employed. however she has not started the business and is still in the process of setting up. Ie validating qualifications, Insurance, getting supplies etc. She has earnt NO income from this business.(her husband supports her at present), and does not have an account at present. Should she declare this business on the application as she has been told by a Thai ladies FB page.

I may well be back with some questions about our ILR which we are doing at present. so thanks in advance for any help we receive.

    Steve

I would of thought, if the husband's salary more than covers the £18600 salary, then that will be sufficient.

    Why complicate things.
If you're offended by any assistance I give, it says far more about you than it does me.

As the business is not trading there is no need to mention this as it has no bearing on, and no relevance to, the application.
