Default ILR Set M panic ..

I am getting nervous again about my wife's upcoming ILR application..She has Lituk and B1 and we meet the financial requirements through my pensions.

Q1..She arrived in the UK on March 9th 2015. Can she apply after the 10th Feb 2020 even though her BRP card expires on April 30th 2020?

Q2..On the application form it asks about absences from the UK..She has been absent 227 days in 5 years because of our holidays to Thailand..This is not too much timeout of the country?

Q3..Are the immigration stamps in her passports and mine evidence enough of our absences..or do they require E Ticket evidence..?

Q4..Do I copy all my passport and my wife's passport and include in the documents upload or are they photocopied at one of the service centres/libraries?

I would be grateful for some answers to calm my nerves!!!
