    Default Getting legally married in Thailand

    Hello
    I am looking to marry my thai fiancee when we come back to Thailand in April.
    At the moment my fiancee is with me in the uk .
    We would like to marry in her home city of Kalasin .
    Would anybody please be able to give me an itinary of the procedure of an English guy marrying a thai

    What sort of Visa does she have in the UK currently ? Or is she already a British citizen, maybe born here ?

    Help if anybody can ?

    I have applied for a marriage notice at my local register office in the uk .
    I will marry in Kalasin in April after doing everything I need to do in bkk first .
    My local register office ;I have appointment next Tuesday } have told me I need to tell them the exact address of were I will marry for the certificate . Do I put down the British Embassy or the Address in Kalasin ?

    My Fiancee is on a visitor visa and we will return back to Thailand on April the 3rd To marry if I can get all the correct paperwork together .
    I have a villa in Hua Hin and my fiancée has a property in Kalasin

    I would have got everything done over in Thailand, I could be wrong but I would hazard a guess that even if bring your 'marraige notice' to Thailand you may still have to get a certified affirmation to marry and a certified copy of your passport from the Embassy in BKK. All will then need translating and then approving at the MFA, they will then stamp everything and then you should be good to go. I would also speak to the Amphur at Kalasin so they will tell you what paperwork they will need to conduct the ceremony
