The CAA state the company ceased trading on 13 March 2020:

"WestEast Travel Limited- ATOL 3619 ceased trading on 13 March 2020.

The company based in London traded under the names WestEast Travel and website; westeasttravel.com

The company predominantly sold flights, these are not protected by ATOL, because flight tickets have been issued. Please contact your relevant airline for assistance with your flights.

You are not entitled to make a claim under the ATOL scheme if you had a valid flight ticket and travelled or have a valid flight ticket for future travel."
