    Default Thailand extends ban on ALL international flights to 30 June 2020

    From the IATA site.
    THAILAND - published 03.04.2020
    Flights to Thailand are suspended from 3 April 2020 17:00 UTC until 6 April 2020 17:00 UTC.

    - This does not apply to state or military aircraft, emergency landing, technical landing without disembarkation, humanitarian medical or relief flights, repatriation flights and cargo flights. Passengers will be subject to 14-day quarantine upon arrival.

    Still current at:4 April 2020 Updated:3 April 2020 Latest update:The Civil Aviation Authority of Thailand has announced the suspension of incoming international flights from 0001 on 4 April until 2359 on 6 April. Flights en route to Thailand when the change took effect can still land but those on board will be subject to 14 days’ quarantine. ('Coronavirus' page)

    so could affect eva air flights and others leaving Thailand

    A Notification of the Civil Aviation Authority of Thailand has declared the ban on international passenger flights to Thailand will be extended from 6 April 2020 at 17.00 UTC to 18 April 2020 at 17.00 UTC.

    As announced by the Civil Aviation Authority of Thailand, prohibiting aircraft to fly Temporary entry into Thailand Announced on April 3, 2020. Announcement of the Civil Aviation Authority of Thailand on Prohibiting Aircraft temporarily flying into Thailand (No. 2), announced on April 6, 2020 and Civil Aviation Authority of Thailand announcement. Prohibiting aircraft from flying into Thailand temporarily (Version 3), announced on April 15, 2020 to prevent the situation. Coronary Artery Disease Outbreak 2019 (COVID 19) Intensified And to support editing The above emergency situation shall end immediately.
    With reasons and the need to continue the continuation of the said measures for Effectiveness in disease prevention and control By virtue of Article 27 and Section 28 of the Air Navigation Act B.E. 2497, the Director of the Civil Aviation Authority of Thailand has issued the following orders:
    1. Prohibiting the transport of passengers to fly to the airport in Thailand. temporarily on May 1, 2563 at 00:01 am. until May 31, 2563 at 23:59.

    1,,But please place your hands on the scanner provided ...for us to see if you are ok to enter .
    2,,do not worry you will not catch an infectious disease
    3,,sorry we do not have cleansing stations for your hands .
    4,,you want sterile,wipes not a chance
    5,,This is Thailand see them immigration officers yes them they do not smile or provide health and safety
