Finally submitted ILR(M) form last week & like everyone else at the moment we are waiting for UKVCAS to contact an us to book an appointment.
i don't think this won't happen for a least a couple of months so do we have to produce up to date bank statements.wages slips ete of just the ones up to the submission date?

Have you submitted the documents already? If so, there is no need to provide updated one unless they request them from you.

The date of application is the day you submit the form and pay, so you only need to provide documents up to that date

So glad this is top thread at the mo .
    Any advice
for documents dated over the 2.5 year period i know i have said in the past throw everything at them .
But i am going to submit bank statements my own as one of these requirements .
Now 2.5 years is a lot of paperwork for every month of activity with my bank statement.
would i be ok say 5 statements dated 6 months apart or even 12 months apart .
ie letters over a 2.5 year period say 3 bank statements covering 3 years
    2018
    2019
    2020
that should cover it i think
any help on this please much appreciated .

    Hi Tobias
    thanks for the reply.
No not submitted documents yet.Still deciding if to upload them ourselves, or wait until we get an appointment ,although(by the look of it) with this latest news we may not need one?

Samsung i have been worrying about the documents over the 2.5 year period as well.
I have still got my last 2 or 3 years P60's so i think i will submit them as they prove i have been earning over the £18,600. i don't know if this helps?
