    Whilst it will not impact on too many members it is worth noting that the House of Lords delivered an important judgement today.

    in short:

    * HL affirm that the role of an Immigration Judge in an Art 8 appeal is to reach his/her own view on whether HO decision breaches Art 8 ECHR.

    * HL reject CA test of having to show 'truly exceptional circumstances to succeed.
